Should I write CIC, or ignore (for my biometrics)

I applied and was refused, I reapplied to respond to their concerns 4 days after it was refused. On the reapplication, I have to reference the previos application and it's number. Now, should I go to redo the biometric again, or ignore it, or write CIC?

Hi Paul
I had a similar experience. I wrote to CIC and also went for another biometrics. They shouldn't require another biometrics as the data does not change with time, in any case, just go for another biometrics. It is the safest thing to do.
