should I wait to set up Profil for job offer or not?

Hey
I am currently on a work and Travel visa. 3 more month to expiry. I found a job that would sponsore me. I would like to apply for the skilled worker though as soon as possible.
With a master in psychology and work experience I hope to be picked soon.
My question is. Should I wait to submit my Profil to be put in the pool until I have the job offer with the LMIA ? Or do it already.
I am worried that my chances are lower without the job offer eve though it brings me only 50 points.

Also
My studies are NOC for psychology. My work experience though is for NOC in community worker and my current job as well.
Would that be a problem ?
