I am eligible for Citizenship today but I have ordered my CBSA report March 15 and I should have them by April 15 or little later. Should I wait for the CBSA reports or not. I did not have much trips - just one long one but included multiple destinations.

any feedback or opinions.

Multiple destinations do not make a difference in your report (as it will show only your entry back to Canada). If it is only one trip and you don't have any other stamps in your passport (from before immigrating to Canada), I would say you don't need it. If you have a lot of stamps from before I would recommend waiting and include a copy of the report with your application to avoid questing at the interview. I ordered mine recently and I got it in three weeks.

Just wait for it. No rush the new bill is still collecting dust so no worries also it's better to have some extra days before you apply.

thanks wadel,

there is just one entry stamp getting into canada BUT there are about 5 other stamps as some countries put entry and exit stamps.. does this make a difference...

Technically it should make a difference, however I have seen from other posters experience at the interview when the officer sees other stamps on the passport they tend to tell the person they would need to check those stamps (especially if they are translated) and they would order CBSA report to confirm.

Again this is others experiences at the interview!

I also agree with Goldline about the wait!

i found it helpful in matching the dates in the residence calculator. definitely a good document to have in hand before submitting the application. do note the dates of entry in canada on the report. they won't usually match the exit stamp dates due to time difference. make sure you put the dates matching the CBSA report and not the exit stamps.
