Should I validate a partial Master's degree? (courses finished, thesis not yet)

I have a 4 year Bachelor of Science degree from the United States, and I'm currently doing a Master of Science degree in Costa Rica. I've already completed all courses, but I still need to finish my thesis. The defense will be in late January 2015, and the graduation in June 2015.

I'll try to make the FSW 2014 quota, and after that I'll apply to Express Entry 2015 in January.

Does it make sense to seek an ECA for the partial Master's Degree, or only for the Bachelor's Degree?

only completed degree can be evaluated. only BS will be considered for points now.
