should i update my status?

Hi
I got my new bowp in jan 2015. Should i update my status with new bowp or not?

I did no update for my case when I got my BOWP.

CIC has access to all files that have the UCI number on it. They would already know you got your bowp. When I renewed mine last year I did not send an update and when I ordered by GCMS notes later they highlighted by eligible working period end date which was the end date of my bowp (that I applied for after submitting by PR app). So I assume its all the same system.
