Should I submit my ESL certificate for Express Entry?

Hello,

I am submitting my documents for EE via FSW. I came to Canada as an ESL student and enrolled 2 ESL schools and University. During this time, I extended my study permit 2 times..

My question is that should I include my ESL certificate or is it not necessary???
Problem is that I only have 1 ESL certificate, and I lost the other...

Could anybody answer me? Thank you in advance

ESL certificates don’t give you any education points. You need to take the language tests.
