Should I submit both results for canada study visa ( Ielts and Duolingo )

As per IRCC's new update overall 6 band are required for SDS no matter what score have another modules. But the problem is with colleges, they are asking for overall 6 not less than 5.5 for UG and PG 6.5 not less than 6. So I am lacking with college requirement.

Was your SDS study permit approved? I am in a similar situation. Got admission offer through duolingo test but have overall 6 in ielts academic and two modules I have 5.5 each. I am wondering if it will go through. Your reply will be much appreciated.
