Requesting your thoughts/advice on PR application for spouse (we're married).
About me: PR residing in Canada
About spouse: Open Work Permit holder residing and working full-time in Canada
Question:
Would it be more efficient to apply for her PR via:
a) Spouse sponsorship (I sponsor her)
OR
b) Independently (as an Express Entry application without my sponsorship; her CRS score is around 530)
Factors to consider:
- Wait times (looks like this is longer for sponsorship)
- Ease of collecting required documents
- Overall ease of applications and approval
(any others I missed?)
