Hi there - are there any updates to your situation? Did you find how long the processing time is in India? I'm in a similar boat - have eCOPR but need to travel and not sure if I'd get my PR card in time.

What's your VO? If it's been that long, you can try to reply again on that email.

Never seen that sort of speed before. Was it going to be a year since you originally submitted your application? Did you have any special requests put in (such as for urgent processing), or did you have any other applications waiting?
