Should i send actual passport?

can you please confirm if i require the following original documents or just copies? I am the principle applicant being sponsored.

1. my passport
2. marriage certificate

Also, my wife and i have been living in Scotland for 5 years now, would she still have to get an Option C Printout?

All you need are copies of those documents, just look at the checklist.

Since she's not worked in Canada she can't get an Option C printout, so just include a letter explaining the situation.

Great thanks for the response. Can you tell me if the letter from her current employer is the same as the Option C Printout, again as we live in Scotland i'm not sure what good this would do as her salary here will end when we move over to Canada.

The Option C printout is used primarily to prove that you're not on welfare or going through bankruptcy.
