So I applied paper based PR with PNP nomination before, which cannot be used for Express Entry. I applied for Express Entry and got invited under CEC recently without the PNP. Now I'm at my document submission stage for CEC, should I answer yes or not when it asks me "Has xxx received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?" Thanks a lot!
Should I say "Yes" or "No" to the question of " Has xxx received a nomination"
