464 is a good enough score to get an ITA within the next 2 to 3 months or so. Just be patient.

One good book is ACE THE IELTS.

Here is a tip. For at least 4 weeks before your test ensure that when you read, write or speak you do so in English and not your first language. This will assist you to better prepare yourself mentally as your brain will be used to undertaking thought processes to respond in English when you look at the stimulus material in the language test.
 
Anyone with CLB9 in all modules of Ielts do not need to re-appear or get it reviewed again. It will not make a big difference anyways. Ppl with 460 and above have a great chance of receiving ITA sooner or later this year. Instead of giving ielts it looks a better idea to apply for pnp in any province that's open.
