Should I request Visitor Visa extension now?

I am staying with my spouse in Canada on Visitor Visa, which expires in first week of September 2022 as per "Expiry Date" printed on passport.
I entered Canada in first week of May 2022.

Can I stay in Canada till first week of November 2022 (6 months from entering)? Or should I request Visitor Visa extension now?

She is on Visitor Visa. No visitor record. No stamp on the passport indicating entry date.
