Hello,

I had applied for student visa back in 2013 for Canada but it got refused. Now I am planning to apply for Express Entry and there is a situation, should I have to provide my previous UCI number as I have already forgotten my username and password for CIC account.

One more thing, I have an experience in two different NOC categories so should I mention both or I can go with only one which is more relevant to my studies. If I will go with the one which is relevant, they already have my old data with that job. Will it create some problems for me?

Will be looking forward for the help.

Yes you should. You do not need to login to your old account. UCI is usually on your VISA or work permit too.

You should mention both and keep them consistent

Yes. Your UCI will carry on with you for the rest of your life and doesn't change. It's written on the PR card and on your citizenship certificate when you become Canadian.

Be consistent with whatever you had before as long as it makes sense. If you need to change something, mention that in the LOE and explain why.

Actually I have forgotten the details for my job which I had mentioned in my application as it was long way back. Is there anyway to recover UCI number because my account was already closed I applied in 2011.
