Should I mention end client or my employer in the work history for express entry

Hey all,

I am confused if I have to mention the end client or my employer name in the work history. I currently work as a Consultant for a company in US through my employer . I got the ITA yesterday and I was thinking about whether I should decline the ITA, update the work experience to reflect my employer and then submit again?

Any thoughts? Or Suggestions?

You have to list your employer. However, if you receive an ITA and have to give letters of reference, you should provide letters from both your employer and your client.

Unless your employer is not in the USA, you don't need to decline, just correct your profile and provide a brief letter of explanation.

Mention the employer who employed you and pays you. Also, it is better to get the letter from them as if required to submit pay stubs, it will be easier. You don't have to decline the ITA for this, just edit the information in the eAPR and explain about these changes in the letter of explanation.
