Background:
* I was an international student in Canada and after graduation I was on post graduate work permit
* I applied to the International student PNP stream last year
* I got nominated in early 2018, and then I sent my paper based federal application
* I only provided the police certificate for my stay in Canada. I did not have the police certificates for my home country at that time. I did explain this in the supporting letter
* Recently, I received my police certificate from my home country which is valid for only 6 month
The Document checklist for paper based PNP, under "Police Certificates and Clearances" says: "... If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them... You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer"
My question:
* Should I mail the police certificate that I just received from my home country to the CIO or wait for them to contact me?
