    How serious is the "Must be graduated in the last 2 years" requirement for PNP?

    Some PNPs require the applicant to be graduated within the last 2 years of submitting the application. How serious is that? what if by the time I submit my application, my graduation's date falls out of that 2 year limit (lets say 2 years and 4 month before).
