Hi friends ,
Just want to ask u all something I m leaving Saudi today goin on final exit do I need to inform ndvo of this change?
I will be workin in India till I get a final verdict on my pr application .i have already submitted my Saudi Pcc last month , my wife's Saudi Pcc is still working . Will they reject if I m not able to produce my wife's Saudi Pcc

at the time of medical request NDVO will ask you to submit pcc for both from the country you reside more than 6 month..? so wait till got the medical request...

NOTE: try to get pcc from india and everywhere you lived more than 6 month once it will be very much easier second time to get the pcc again... i got my PCC from delhi in 1 month

U better collect your wife's PCC before you left the saudi
Yes IO can take negative decision if u fail to provide ur wife's PCC

Yes, you do need to inform your VO of the change of residential address espcially if your Mailing address was that of Saudi Arabia. You also need to inform that you have changed/quit your job at Saudi as you are still a long way to go in terms of Processing of your application, and your employer might be contacted to verify your job.

Inform your VO ASAP especially when your mailing address is changed,
Collect all the PCC for your wife and yours,
if you have ppr then while forwarding your pp they will know from the pp about the country you have visited,
To make the process smooth convey them that you have leave your job and currently workiing in INdia, furnishing true info will always aid in smooth process,
