Should I inform CIC of my int'l travel since my PR application is in process ?

Hi guys .. I submitted my PR application in early October 2015 (after receiving invite in August), since when it's been in process. I'm a student in the US currently but recently I was out of the US for nearly a month for vacations in my home country (Pakistan). I'm now back in the US.

Should I inform CIC of this international travel (which started over 2 months AFTER I submitted my PR application) ? If yes, how ?
