Should I include my student visa rejection in 2012 in my express entry profile?

Hi all,
there's a section which asks if I have applied before to Canada, now I did apply six years ago in 2012. Should I still include this information as it is very old?

You have to quote your previous refusal to Canada. Otherwise you will get misrepresentation with 5-years ban

Few more questions on relevant note,
1. should I also quote my UCI from 2012 from rejected application for student visa? would this UCI still be valid?
2. My degrees were awarded by professional organizations (e.g. CPA) in UK, although I sat all the exams in my home country, so in the "city/town" section of the profile, should I mention the city I was physically present in at the time or the city that university is located in?
3. I am currently doing NOC level C job, but I am applying on the basis of my previous job which was NOC level A, so is there any point in including the level C details in the profile as well or should I just leave them out?

1- Yes quote the same UCI number

2- Not sure à professional certification like CPA counts ... You need a bachelor's or post grad university degree .. Of course u need to do ECA for those... In any case I suppose the town mentioned should be the one your were present in..

3- Mention all jobs in your history but you will only claims points for level A jobs

Dear all I'm about to submit my application in one or two days, please tell me if there is any need to put an explanation in LOE for my student visa refusal?

I have already declared it in my profile along with the reasons that were mentioned on the refusal letter.
