Hi All,
There is a doubt which I want you to clarify.
I recently applied CEC in July,2013 and yet received my AoR. I have been working from April 2012.

In my application, I sent a copy of my T4 for 2012 and all the paystubs from Jan 2013.

My understanding was that, 2012 income will be proved by the T4, so I have to show proofs for 2013. For this purpose, I included all the paystubs from Jan 2013. Please correct if I was wrong here.

Now, what I am thinking is to submit all the paystubs from April 2012 and Dec 2012. Will be something unnecessary and extra paperwork. Please suggest.

Thank you

It is up to you, there is no need as it is optional to send them, just get them handy in case (very, very, very remote) they will ask for

I included all my paystubs from scratch , I bet it is easier to convince them when all the supporting docs says the same salary earned during ur qualifying period, i.e your t4s and NOAs mentioned that u earned $22,000, your ref. letter says $22,000 and pay stubs says exact same thing, then their will be no red flags raised.

When I'm going to send my application in September I'm going to submit my 2012 T4 and NOA, but I've
only been working from August to December in 2012.
I don't think that this is going to be any problem, as my T4 from 2012 states that I've been working
and the letter of reference should be proof enough that I'm still employed.
Might submit one additional pay stub from August this year along with my application to show
that nothing about salary has changed.

if u don't have all paystubs, u can submit the year till date paystub that stated the accumulated salary earned.

I agree, Not all pay-stubs are required. It is Just to prove you had a paid work experience. A Cover letter will fix the missing pay-stubs.

If your previous t4 only covered part of the year you should include your most recent paystub when applying as it will show your 2013 earnings to date.

The only exception should be if you worked variable hours / multiple jobs... More may then be required!

ur right, I worked variable hours and multiple jobs and that's was the reason y I included all my paystubs

That makes sense. So I'll submit the last pay stub from end of August this year with my application
beginning of September.
Thanks.

Thanks all.
So I think, I am fine here. I submitted my 2012 T4 which would cover my earnings for 2012 and all the paystubs in 2013.

Really appreciate all your views and responses. Thanks again!!!

I have also submitted 2012 T4 + 2013 pay stubs...
