Should i go with Admin review or send docs to MIDI

Dear Friends,


I got rejection mail stating that you don't have enough points, they gave me 90 Days time period ( 16 May 206) to update any additional docs which can add my points, I am diploma civil engineer, they and as per new AOT i just got 6 points, but i have completed my Bachelors in civil engineering (Part time), in feb 2016, if i send my Bachelors Degree my AOT will be 12 now and i can get enough points to get qualified,

My question is should i send Transcript and degree certificate to admin review or just to the address from where i got rejection mail.

and any forms i have to fill as my Education details and AOT is change now.

Did you complete your Bachelor degree before or after you applied? I'm not sure you can add points later. I think you must have the points at the time you apply.

Did you apply through Mon Project?

No i didnt apply for mon project, it was old system file

And yes i have just completed my bachelors last month, but in letter they have mentioned that if you have any documents which can increase points than submit it before 16th may, i.e. within 90 days of that letter.
