Should I go for Masters degree in 2022 if I did bachelors in 2010 and working professionaly since then.

I did my computer engineering back in 2010 and since then I have been working in various software companies. Now I am planning to do masters but people are discouraging me by saying my visa will get rejected because of 10 years gap. So is it better to go for Masters degree or professional diploma/certificates related to my work experience?

There is no issue for study gap. If you are in employment you are good to go. Make sure that your prospective study is matching with your study background or professional career.
Also try to go for reputed institution which will enhance your visa possibilities.
