L :6.5
R : 7.5
W: 5.5

Assuming that you are aiming for EE and attempted IELTS GT, CLB 9 (L8, R7, R7, S7) is recommended. However, for you current score, it is ideal to prepare more and re-appear instead of filing for EOR.
On the other hand, if it is for academics, check with the respective universities regarding the minimum band score required to be considered for admission.

I have given my academic module. As far as my academic concern, I performed very well in my B.E. in mechamical, and if i get minimum each 6 then I have more option in universities rather than colleges

You are currently at CLB 6 based on the marks you mentioned above. It might be worth a shot to file for re-make since this is an academic attempt. Even a slightest of increment can boost you to CLB 7 somehow. Do remember however, that you should only file for EOR if you are confident with your performance, i.e., if you are sure that you performed much better that the marks scored.
