There is a draw approximately every 2 weeks. There might be a draw sometime next week around September 2nd or 3rd.

Now that you have your language test results, better to create the profile and be in the pool

Why wouldn't you create the profile is the question?

I mean if you want to pursue Canadian PR, that's the first step...

The last draw for CEC came out on August 20 and the cut off was 454

just create the profile, You will now if you get the ITA.

You are just decreasing your chances by delaying if you are unlucky enough to fall on the cut-off score. (tie breaker)
