Hello There ,
any one could give an idea how much frniture or utensil cost in Toronto? avarage to good quality . Like bedroom or dining set. Does it get much cheapper during sale ?

You always have IKEA where you can find not so expensive things.

For me, the shipping costs were just too much for what the furniture was worth. If you have very expensive furniture, it might be worth it.

Hi Nkk,
I just relocated to Ontario about 2weeks ago. I rented Ryder truck and brought all my living room funiture, dining room, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and etc. Everything cost about $450. I had declared these items prior to moving on goods to follow form when initially landed. I used the Peace Bridge without any problem. The officers there are very pleasant. This really save me a lot of cash!!
