Everyone else seems to be getting background check complete in June month batch but mine is still stuck on in progress . No fingerprint request received. App last updated nov 8th on new tracker but no update. Should I be worried?

I don't understand the reason for worry. You are just one month away after ' In Progress' state and things take time

The issue is that a lot of the applicants with similar timeline have gotten BC complete or received FP request. Why is mine delayed

Don't compare with others, I have a friend who applied in 2020 June just finished BG and hasn't received any test invite. For some, things move faster and it may take a while for others.

It should either be BC check complete OR FP request by now. None of the two and no updates is what’s strange to me

You got AOR in Sep 2021. The avg time to get a test invite will be between 2-3 months so you are well within the time frame, I don't think you should panic at this stage.
