I re-created my profile mid July, with 401 points.
Was hoping to get invite from OOPNP but nada.
Was wondering if I should apply to PEI, or NB (both accept invitations without job offer).
Anyone with experience in either, would you kindly recommend?
Which is more credible, and have granted ITA's? and how long?
