should i apply for student visa?

hi guys some of u guys know about my situation.

i was in canada on a study permit and due to mental illness i couldnt study so i was given an exclusion order from canada for 1 year and i was released on a bail and i booked my own flight and left voluntarily. since now im in my home country i want to apply for study visa if not canada(which will be impossible)then for some other countries like uk, austraila, new zealand.

what are my chances and how bad this exclusion order is going to affect my chances of getting study visa in other countries and if i do apply what should i include to have a strong case.

please help me out guys im getting more depressed

When you apply for the visas for the other countries, they will most likely ask you if you have ever been refused entry or asked to leave another country. You will then have to mention the Canadian exclusion order. This will certainly make it much more difficult to be approved since it demonstrates that you violated the terms of your Canadian visa. It would be a very good idea to spent a number of months re-establishing yourself in your home country before you try applying for a visa to a different country. I would spend at least six months (preferably a year) in your home country before trying to apply elsewhere.

The best way to make a strong case is to prove that you do in fact have strong ties to your home country. You can only do this by living there for a while before applying anywhere again.

I would assume it's going to be the same for any European country.

You will also have to declare that you didn't complete your studies in Canada. This will unfortunately work against you as well.

No - you don't. Not unless you're specifically asked.

2.when applying for aus or nz visa they will ask if i was asked to leave any country or deported should i just say no?
3.i dont have any deportation stamp as i left volunatarily but will my name be in a blacklist or something?

1. I don't know - you will have to find a way to explain it.
2. You must say yes. Saying no is lying and you'll most likely end up being banned from yet another country for lying on your application.
3. It doesn't matter that you don't have a stamp. Many countries share immigration information. Assume Australia and New Zealand will be able to find out about what happened in Canada even if you don't tell them.

I'm not sure what country you are from (whether you hold a visa exempt or non visa exempt passport). If you hold a visa exempt passport then you can visit Canada after your exclusion order is over using your passport alone. I would keep your first few trips relatively short since you were given the exclusion order previously. If you hold a non-visa exempt passport then you will have to apply for a TRV to visit Canada and see your children for short visits (you'll have to wait until the exclusion order has passed before applying for a TRV).

You'll have to show strong ties to your home country (e.g. proof of employment or proof of school enrolment, proof of property ownership or rental, etc.). Ultimately there is no guarantee the TRV will be approved.
