Please senior member guid me about my case..............

I want to apply for canda study permit at stouffville college in ACCA program......
My profilr is under.

Metrik: 82%
Inter: 67% DAE Diploma of associate engineer in Electronics (Equal to F.SC)
IELTS:NO ( in which college i h'v applied there are no IELTS required)
Financian sport: 25000 CAD along wiht property documents those my name.


plz tell me should i apply at this college and is my case strong......some people told me that my study is mismach because mh previous study is engineering and now i applied in ACCA.............
I am confuse that ACCA is a professtional course and any person who is intermediat can apply for this course according to entry requirements of ACCA(british) than waht is objection of study mismatch........plzzzzzzzzzz tel me can i apply for this or NOT.......

Hi,

1. It's clearly a case of 'study mismatch'.

2. You may be eligible for IELTS waiver from your school, still you have to meet the CHC requirement of IELTS. With no IELTS, you shall only ruin your chances of study permit.

3. Stouffville is a private school and you shall not be eligible for any off campus work permit and Post Graduate Work Permit.

If you are from Pakistan I will suggest you to not apply in the province of Ontario. Apply anywhere else in Canada other then ontario. You asked if it was a study mismatch and that's exactly enfield said, it is a case of study mismatch. that was your only question. the other to points are for your benefit! Like he said you need to give Ielts and once you get your visa and join stoufville college, you will not be legally allowed to work thus jeopardizing your chances for future PR!

Hi,

The so called ‘study mismatch’ depends on your overall profile like your previous education, marks/grades, professional work experience, GMAT/GRE. It’s not a strict defined rule that you must not study/opt for an incompatible course. At least the same is applicable for MBA and Master in Finance aspirants. I am not sure about ACCA.

Nothing is impossible man! go ahead apply for it may be you succeed. there is no hard and fast rule on how to get the visa. we can help you as per our experiences. there are so many factors a visa officer considers! it is up to your profile. if it is very strong you will get the visa and if it is lacking something they will reject it and present the reasons for rejection. the best thing to do is minimize the chances of getting rejected and you can do that by changing your course.

i think my acadmic score is very good 82% in metrc and 67% in inter.....and other fetures are also strong......then what is the rejection reason.......only depends on my luck......if canada is in my luch then i got the visa IN SAH ALLAH......

what do u mean by OVERALL PROFILE......ENFILD......???

please tell me wich is the major factor depends on a visa........in my case my acadmic score in metric 82 % and inter 67 @ is that enough for got a visa???? and statement is 22000 CAD with proprty documents with my NAME.

When you try to file your case make always make sure that all loop holes are covered, its the only way to acquire visa successfully.
Believe me, the biggest loop hole in your application is your course, you surely will get rejection on the basis of study mismatch.

Secondly you are lucky to have an engineering background, because there are plenty of job opportunities for engineers in Canada, especially in Alberta, So try choosing your course wisely.

If you can not afford engineering courses in university due to cost, then try finding colleges, there are many colleges offering undergraduate programs and having articulation agreements with universities.

Also their are many colleges who offer scholarships for promising candidates, try finding professors in those colleges who are willing to support your scholarship application.

So don't carelessly spoil your case and waste your money, because their are plenty of path ways to choose from.

thnks for the information fahad......but i have applied......and i had no informaion about this before......my consultant that do't worry u got visa study mismach is not major factor to rejection.....and i am fresh and no gap my study my acadmic score are also good,good finacial sport then why i got rejection........now i have applied.........dekho kya banta hy........

@ Abu Bakr, I would say that you are kind of person who satisfies himself by his own statements. If you are sure that "Study Mismatch" is not a big issue then you posted your question here? I am not criticizing you brother, but at least you should think being broad minded, don't be struck on one point that you have in your mind. See how many people have said that the chances of getting visa in your case are "Uncertain", and still you are denying everyone with your weak clues.

Embassy guys start thinking where your thinking ends.. You said you have to change your "field", they have the answer for this question; "Why don't you do this in your own country"? In Pakistan there are ample high class institutions that offer ACCA, then why you would want to spend your money to go and study in Canada? Things like this should be considered strictly bro.
