should I accept an offer for Dipoma/Graduate certificate from George Brown

I had applied for T405, and got an offer letter today from George Brown College.
What do you suggest I should do, accept the offer or (here comes the interesting option..lol) wait for an acceptance from McGill for the same diploma course
The catch is that by the time I get an offer from McGill (diploma in a similar course from the School of continuing studies)...the offer deadline might cross

Cant decide, please help.

I also received offer from GBC for T405 program. They have mentioned on their LOA "T405 is on average 25% online delivery. You may wish to confirm with Citizenship & Immigration Canada regarding Post Graduation Work Permit eligibility.". So does it mean this program is not eligible for 1 year PGWP? Can anybody confirm?
