I live in the States and my Fiance lives in Canada.
Should he come here to marry me, return home to Canada and then apply to Sponsor me (outland)?
Or do I have to go back to Canada to marry him?

;D
it doesn't matter - whichever way is better for both of you
Congrats and Good Luck!!! :)

Thanks,
By him coming to marry me here, he can meet my family and friends :)
Also, i'm hoping it will help to prove we are really in love.
It will be lovely if we can have our wedding here in the States!

make lots of photos with all of ur fam and friends together ;)

Oh, of course! I never want to forget that beautiful day :)

get married anywhere as long its opposite sex marriage and valid in state u marry. some states allow same sex gay marriages unless u like the twist in your lifestyle :P

Where ever you get married try to make sure you spend sometime with eachother after the marriage.Immigration frowns on quick marriages where one of the spouses left right after the wedding. It looks too fast and in hast for some reason even though he may have a good reason or you might have to prove this is difficult.
If you can spend more time off work than him then marry in Canada if he can spend more time off work than youmarry in the US.
Its just a lot better for you if you leave nothing for immigration to wonder. The less the wonder the less likely of an interview.Lots of photos, phone records, skype records, email records, flights, passport stamps.
Be carefull of what you say to the immigration when you or him are crossing for the wedding as they also ont like to let people cross if they are going to get marriedon th other side scared you wont return to your own country afterwards.
Just do your homework.Good luck and congrats to you both.

We lived together jan-apr (in Canada) but I had to return because my Visa expired.
He can't stay long after the wedding, he is in colledge.

he needs to be careful on crossing the border to marry you
if he is asked why is he going and says he is going to get married that may cause him to be refused entry at the border, US border crossing may think he is wanting to stay in the US same is true if you say you are coming here to marry...they will question whether or not you will stay

best of luck

Well Boston when you apply thats what you tell them.Your biggest obstacle s getting into the country on a visa.but maybe not it all depends on the officer.
