Should go on study permit or work permit??

I have doubt whether i should go on study permit or i should go on temporary work permit. I have seen in crs tool i m getting score nearly same in both cases. like 527 with study in canada and 515 without study in canada. can somebody suggest me best option?

If you want to come to Canada on a work permit then you need a full time job offer from a Canadian employer and that employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. Do you have these two things?

Careful about working with consultancies - some are scams. Are you paying any money in exchange for them getting you a job?

100 percent a scam and the consultancy cannot even guarantee you will get a permit. Would be interesting if the job responsibilities map word for word to the NOC description for admin assistant. I think it would very unusual/unlikely job for any Canadian company to recruit from offshore for an admin assistant given there are likely plenty of people already available in the country that can perform that role.

Also what are your obligations assuming you get into Canada should the job not work out for whatever reason, I expect you still have to pay the 6000 !

If you scores are really as high as you predict look for alternatives and avoid consultants.

If you already have 515 points without study in canada, then why don't you just put your profile in express entry pool yourself.
Chances are that you will get selected with these points sooner or later. Just be patient.
