Should dates on forms be consistent?

Should the dates by the signature on all the forms be consistent? One form was completed 7/20, another form was completed 7/23. Is it okay if the dates entered were the actual date? or should all the dates be the same?

do signatures have validity date? Say it got signed July and application is submitted in October, is this still acceptable by IRCC?
