Should CAQ(Certicate to admisison to Quebec) be applied prior to VISA applcation

Hi,

I have been admitted to MC gill university for MBA full time program staring Fall 2014. As Mc Gill university is in Quebec, I am also required to apply for CAQ. Do I need to get/apply CAQ prior to the student VISA application ?

Yes CAQ must be submitted with your visa application.

you have enough time to apply for visa dont worry you will probably receive caq in 15 days
try to file the visa till the mid of june ok

Can you please here help me about my CAQ's required field of program ending date? should that be 2018 or 2016? I have applied for fall 2014 and I am applying for CAQ now. Can you please mention explicitly what ending date should be entered?

time limit mentioned 31st august 2018

But I am confused what should be mentioned in my caq as the ending date?
