Should 400 to 450 CRS Score applicants be hopeful from the Mid Year Report

Should candidates ranging from 400 to 450 be hopeful to get ITAs in near future from the Mid Year Report just published by CIC? Confused....
 
to be in safe side , don't assume ITA until end of the year or early 2016 . once CIC declares the targets for 2016 , we can then predict if the number of ITA's per month will increase or not . currently assume CIC will keep the score above 450 as they already have large backlog

Based on the report and my best judgement, the next draw WILL definitely fall below 450. And probably close to 440 or less. And the score WILL definitely fall towards 400 long before year end.

It will fall below 450 soon but not in next draw. There has been no draw for almost three weeks now. cut off will more likely be around 500 or more for next draw. But, eventually will come down again soon.

Not really, the 600 points add-on for ON PNP are coming into the pool. I expect the points will go up for the next few draws.
 
After observing so much speculations on so many threads.......CIC should seriously consider the "CRS guess competetion" and the winners get 5 bonus CRS points added to their EE profile. :)

Of course! If you are in the higher range of the 400-450 spectrum even better. I am at 447 and I feel my ITA coming any day now, if not at least sometime this year. According to the mid-year report there's only around 2k+ applicants with higher score than me in the pool, whereas there's more than 30K+ applicants with score bellow mine. I think I'm in a good place, despite the avergae 1.5K applicants joining the pool weekly :D
 
It seems 15th draw came out with a score 456 Sad

I have a curent IELTS score of L7.5 R7.5 W7 S6 . I am planning to regive the exam to up my score of 448.
I had few questions :
1> what if I score less in my new IELTS exam? Will they consider the old one ? or the latest one?
2> Also , if one gives multiple IELTS , do they consider best of Learning or Writing or Speaking or Listening OR they consider one IELTS scoresheet
??

I am also sitting at 447 and feeling ITA coming on it's way to me :D

Where exactly?? I am too using a CIC link which has only the 14th Draw updated (Aug 7th)

But I hear , 15th Draw has already been done. Is that true? WHere can I see it?
