Beautiful luxurious condo available from Feb 1 - Feb 28 for very reasonable price. The only reason I have it available for the month of Feb is because my existing lease for the apartment where I live ends on Feb 25. This reasonable offer is Cash ONLY and only for Feb. Three people can easily stay. Need clean people. Ideal for people who are either on a trip or just want to stay somewhere for a Month. NOTE: I will be moving in the apartment on March 1' 2019 so it's available only for a month. Please contact me (Bijal) on 437-981-0443.

Address: Corporate Drive, Scarborough (7 min walking from Scarborough Town Center) and walkable distance to Best Buy and Real Canadian Superstore.

Does your landlord allow you to sub-lease the property?

Sorry, I may have not been clear. This is a condo I purchased recently and will move in there on March 1' 2019. So, the vacancy from Feb 1 - Feb 28. So, I am assuming you were referring to this condo.

The condo where I currently live is the one where the lease ends on Feb 25 and sub-leasing is not allowed. Does that help answer your question?

Thanks for the clarification, it would certainly help any would-be renter.

Congrats for the new purchase!
