I have a bachelor apartment in Downtown Toronto, its just 15 minutes walk from CN Tower, Queen Street West at Niagara Street. All facilities included, Street Car just 2 minutes walk, almost at door either from King Street or Queen Street. Pure residential place, educated and respectful environment, advance security building.
Date of Availability:
31st January 2012 till 12 March 2012. Almost 42 days.
Rent : $1500 CAD for all 42 days.... rent included "INTERNET, WATER, LIGHT HYDRO ETC.
I am leaving for my native country for 42 days, so you will get all facilities in home. Its a Bachelor apartment, included Kitchen, Full Bath-room with Shower, Closet..( you might won't have good space as my stuff is already there so please keep in mind ). Kitchen is full equipped with Fridge, cooker etc.
I have own wireless Internet, you will have access all 42 days to Internet and all other facilities.
NOTE: Its strictly for 42 days only, as I will be returning by 12th of March and you will arrange your own place on or before 12 as I will be taking back to my home. There is already sleeping Sofa bed, its great for single person or a couple, as we are a couple living there. I am looking for a serious person single/couple as I have some of my stuff there, we must meet and talk in person to have deal.
