Yeah, that's fine. Personally, I just copy/pasted all our FB messages into Word, edited it to remove excess space, and sent it like that, but it wasn't our "main" proof. (We were living together, so we had things like a rental lease, joint benefits, cell phones, etc.)

If you want to it look more official for Immigration because it's your primary communication, you can use the Snipping Tool. Now, keep in mind, you don't have to send every single conversation. You just need to show regular contact with the conversations showing a relationship. So you can show 1 per week, per month, etc. Just add a note to the file saying this is a sample of your regular Facebook contact and you can provide a complete overview if needed. Figure out what you're comfortable with and go from there.

Facebook turned out to be an awesome source of proof for me. I took Snips of our engagement announcement (with a "Like" by his dad), mutual friends (including several family members), and some of our chats.

I am not trying to cast aspersions but I was wondering why you were denied entry into the US? There are certain things that could see someone denied entry to the US that would also prevent you from sponsoring your husband.

I was denied entry because I had just been to the states a few months earlier, and I only had $2000 on me they thought I was going to try and stay and work there. My ticket was booked for three months, and they wanted me to prove I wasn't, which I couldn't cuz I wasn't expecting being stopped :/

Everything should be sent together, including the police clearance and medicals. Failure to do so means your application is not complete and CIC cannot be held to their posted processing times. They have to stop processing your application to request items, it causes a 2-3 month delay.

My experiences so far may be useful...
I'm from the UK, my husband is Canadian. We married last July in the UK and he moved back here a week later to a job he got offered just before the wedding. I came 10 weeks after (30Sept) with no visa as we too are allowed 6 months as a visitor. I was questioned why staying so long but they accepted my husbands work , our recent marriage and the fact we unfortunately suffered a miscarriage a few weeks before I arrived as a good enough reason. I submitted an inland PR app after arrival that was received 15 Nov 2012. I applied to extend my visitor status in Feb as would run out 30 March. I linked it to the CIC ref no I was given a few months after they received my PR app. It took them until 28May to process it and we were told not to worry as long as in by at least a month prior to it running out its implied status. I got a full year extension on it from date processed not date ran out! Still can't even apply for an open work visa as we were advised not to submit with PR app (?) and no sponsorship approval yet due to strike action. I can't leave until its all done- my visitor extension clearly states it doesn't guarantee re-entry. My mother-in-law is British married 37 years to a Canadian and submitted her PR app Outland 2 months before me in London and had her final interview yesterday. I knew would be quicker by possibly a year but we chose to have me here not working (but stir crazy and frustrated as qualified teacher) rather than risk so long apart.
Wish you all the best whichever way you chose to do it but thought would help as many similarities :D
