Dear Sir/madam,

Landing date : 16 apr 2016
Left Toronto: 30 apr 2016
I did not apply any health benefit, child benenfit, driver license during short landing.

Then I back to my home city to finish my contract . Then back to Toronto in Aug 2017 permanently.

I have concern over the income i made in my home city after the i landed.

Do i need to pay income tax i.made before i make significant ties in canada ?

According to my case, i consider as non resident since i did not have significant ties to canada rright ?

Others can correct me but you did not spend 183 days in Canada between end April 2016 and August 2017 so would not have been considered resident for tax purposes.
