Hi again Leon.
Just to be clear on something.
When i will wait for the 730 days to be accumulated, do i need to start my countdown all over again after my expired date (nov 2015),? Meaning, since my window of 5 years (9 nov 2010- nov 2015) i wont have accumulated the 730 days, do i need to accumulate 730 days between nov 2015- nov 2020? or anytime i hit the 730 days i can send my application?
Thanks again for clarifying this point.

You don't have to start fresh but you also can't take a period that is longer than 5 years. If you don't meet it between Nov 9 2010 and Nov 9 2015, you can not count for example Nov 9 2010 to Nov 29 2015 because that period is longer than 5 years. Immigration will look at the past 5 years from when you apply so if you apply on Nov 29 2015, they will look at Nov 29 2010 to Nov 29 2015. You should leave yourself a little buffer before applying to make up for miscalculation so apply rather with 740 days in Canada than 730.

They will let you enter in any case. The question is if you will be reported for not meeting the RO (residency obligation). If they report you, you can appeal if you have humane and compassionate grounds for why you could not stay in Canada. Something like taking care of a sick family member and being able to prove it of course. If you lose the appeal, you would lose your PR and be asked to leave.

If you don't get reported, the safest way is staying in Canada until you meet the RO again and only then apply to renew your PR card.

Hi Nassa,
The contract that you have for house, internet, cell does not matter. All they (CIC) need is your physical presence in Canada for atleast 730 days (2 years) in last 1825 days (5 years). So your assumption of 30 days short to meet 730 days requirement is completely incorrect. In fact you have only spent around 200 days in Canada.
As Leon has suggested, you can enter Canada without any issues as your PR card has not expired yet and will expire in June 2017. It depends on the officer at port of entry whether he/she will report you to CIC or not. If they dont report you then you need to stay at least for next two years (730 days) in Canada and then only apply for PR card renewal (even though it would have expired in June 2017). You cannot leave Canada in these two years duration.
