Hi,

I am about to apply for Canadian federal skilled worker express entry program. But I have a doubt regarding my work experience.

I was working from January 12, 2015 to Nov 06, 2015 with a company as Financial analyst. I was a contingent worker with my previous employer. Meanwhile, I got another job offer which is a permanent role while I was working and switched over to my present employer since November 16, 2015 and working here till date.

Over the period my designation has never changed. I have been working as Financial analyst since the start of my career.

I understand that Canadian visa requirement is at least a year of full time or part time "continuous" employment.

In this case, will I fulfill the above stated condition of FSW program? Please help me. I am totally confused.

If you have been working at your current job since November 16, 2015, that is considerably more than one year continuous employment.

However, I doubt you have the exact same situation. What are the dates of your employment and what is the gap?
