It's possible Common in law after 1st year..?

exactly 11 months ago we've met and moved together , just a few weeks after knowing each other and spending time in a documentary(video documented). Rented a place in a both names, now we still living togheter, sharing the same passions daily and because my visa expires soon we want to continue our love story.

We are different cultures, she's asian canadian citizen having a high education in her field, still studying for 1 more month and then start working, i'm est european, with college degree and working as freelancer while in Canada.

Her parents are living outside and cannot support us with notarized letters...& it's hard to accept some other culture guy, but in this long year we've been surrounded by close friends, my relatives and producers that are willing to notarize and support for us. We have a car on both names, a join account and savings

I came first time here in Canada arriving for this documentary with a 6 months visitor visa(multiple entries), then extented to 12 months for family reasons. My plan is to apply for another extension last weeks before my visa expires and meanwhile waiting for a extension and reaching 12 months of living together send the common in law application inland while still in implied status.

PS: Is possible to have 1 month of rental agremeent made here in canada and not a certified ?

You want to get sponsored after knowing and living together 1 year? To me was better to plan the marriage even if I took in consideration the common in law

I don't know what other forum members would think.
but your case is pretty much RED FLAG to me.
you continued to extend your visitor visa to stay in Canada with whatever reason is (not to mention you came to Canada as a visitor first)
has been working as freelancer in Canada (not sure you have worked under the table in Canada or you got a work from your country and paid in your currency ..)

Biggest reason, you have been with your partner less than a year and start to live together few weeks after you have met
then plan to apply for inland.

If you want to continue your love story, I would give more time for your relationship.
