I just got my visa yesterday and headed off to join my family in Toronto November 19th.
In the notice accompanying my visa and COPR, it says that I can bring items over tax free. Most of my stuff is already over with my family and but I plan on shipping a couple of boxes of things via courier. In the past when I shipped items to my folks via UPS or FedEx always made me pay for taxes upon receipt. How do I avoid paying these taxes? Is there a tax-exempt code I can enter?
Also can I ship my "Goods to Follow" in multiple shipments as long as I list them at the airport when I land?
