will that backlogs affect my visa decision ?

I would say yes, but if you have submitted strong supporting docs such as s.o.p and other clarifications of your backlogs then it may not effect your visa chances

How was your IELTS scores ? Other percentages 10th onwards ?

B.tech- 6.9CGPA ( 8 Backlogs , All closed at third year itself)

I didn't mention anything abt backlogs in SOP , But i have clearly stated y i want to pursue this course.
