Please don’t passout rumours, this is nothing , no one knows what college is upto , if you know anything such as this keep it to yourself , there are many students who are hoping to get offer letters soon , so please don’t low their hope. Our agents will inform us if there will be such issue, and college itself has written november 1st until which their most decisions will be given for jan2019

Yeah. You are right my relatives visited the college and they said you will get your offer letter till the first week of November
