2 stage process is still applicable. However, if you cant give medicals/ielts/gic/biometrics etc.. Your application will be moved to NON-SDS category is what she said.
In one of the slide, they have mentioned without biometrics it will be moved to NON SDS.

But in another slide which says Document required for SDS for Approval in principle has no biometrics mentioned. Its quite contradicting.

I think it must be in context to the prior information where they are asking new applicants to not file under SDS if they have any missing documents.
Anyhow, the primary eligibility criteria for SDS is having all these documents so it’s fair enough to shift it to Non-SDS. Rest assured, they have already said they will try and approve as many as possible before the fall term (complete & 1st stage both)

Students have applied for loans and started paying interest already. SDS or NON SDS doesn't matter. Since last 10 days there are 3 updates saying we are prioritizing study permit. But why haven't we heard any visa decisions yet.

Nobody asked about whether those people with approved study permits but online classes can travel for the fall or not?

That's really sad. At least, someone could have asked 1 question on whether online is essential or not.

Instead of spending the whole time asking the same questions about the 2-stage process.

It was asked and answered.. They said you shouldn’t travel as per the current guidelines.. Did you even watch the video?

But I've watched the vide many times, searching for this information. I'm not able to get it.

I'll be most obliged if you can please tell me at what time point in the video this question was answered.

I've been trying repeatedly please.

Kindly help me out. It's a very difficult time now...please.

Thank you so much...

Try listening to the audio recordings of the presentation in the earlier post.. They have clearly answered that in there as well..
