sharing my PNP time line 20191004 ppr, can I quit my job after landing?

Hi guys, here is my time Line for pnp International student stream with job offer. currently I am waiting for my passport back, I want to know will I able to quit my job and travel outside of Canada after landing without pr card?
2018 11 sent paper pr application
2019 02 aor
2019 05 medical
2019 09 dm(not sure)
20191004 ppr
2019106-08 sent passport and the received
because of the serious illness of my family member, I might have ti go home anytime if any thing happened. however, my manager might give me hard time for the leave request. I already been told the max time for me to leave for this year is 4 days. I believed this is illegal based on the law. I am really frustrated about my current situation, and worried that they might not let me go home at the emergency situation, and threat e with my pr application. because its really hard for us to request day off in our company. personally, I have been forced to cancel many doctor appointments because they didn't approve my day off request, and there was many time I have to work when I was really sick, even I have many personal day with pay yearly, I could never finish using them. I want to know can I quit my current job after I do the landing.
also, will I be able to come back to Canada, if I don't have pr card with me?
I know I will need to apply for the travel document, but I don't think I have enough time to apply if I only g home less than 2 weeks. also, I checked the cic web, shows I need to offer reference from my manager(not sure), I don't think I will get it at that time.
I want to know can any one help me with this situation?

will I get any trouble if my manager threat me with that, and have hard time to come back to Canada without pr card? I believed they won't let me go home for more than 4 days with my emergency situation, the only think I can do is quit. and they still own me more than 3000 salary, they may event refuse to pay me.

You have rights , they cannot legally do that to you and withhold your pay , you should call the labour board and report the mistreatment.
Also make sure you have the supporting documents when you leave , copr , PRTD , all your previous visas as well as work permit (if it is still valid ) , you can apply for pr card before you leave and you wont have any problem coming back as you have PR visa stamped on your passport.

You have rights , they cannot legally do that to you and withhold your pay , you should call the labour board and report the maltreatment
Also make sure you have all your documents with you just as more supporting documents when you leave , copr , all your previous visas as well as work permit (if it is still valid ) , you can apply for pr card before you leave and you wont have any problem coming back as you have PR visa stamped on your passport.
