Hi ,
I would like to know whether sharing information on how to come to Canada under a study permit so on and so forth, is legal in Canada ?
I am an international student trying to have a zoom session for people, explaining on how to come to Canada through a study permit.
is that allowed ?
Thank You Very Much for your time !

you are not the only one who is doing it. Why it would be illegal?

Thank You Very Much for your reply. I agree. My Uncle and Aunty here in Canada who are citizens said NO IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ME TO SHARE INFORMATION. I was a bit worried.

Assuming you plan to charge a fee or somehow make money off of this, technically your aunt and uncle are right. Technically you need to be licensed in order to provide immigration advice in exchange for an fee. So technically it is illegal to provide immigration advice without a license and without authorization.

The chances of you being caught and authorities doing something about this are extremely low.

Thank You Very Much for your reply. I am giving those advises for free. I am not charging a single cent from anyone.
