So a little background first:
I am a US greencard holder living in Washington State and I commute to work in BC everyday. I finished a computer science master in a BC university and is perfectly eligible for BCPNP IPG stream degree-wise. I am working as a data entry supervisor in BC. Submitted BCPNP SI application on April 6th.
Update 04/13/2017
I got a phone call from BCPNP today. Not surprisingly, they had doubts regarding my residency. I told them that I live in the US because my wife and my kid are out of status in Canada after I graduated and we don't wanna live separately(which is true, I never lie to government). They argued that my current job NOC is actually B and I am able to apply for an OWP for my wife. I also told them I paid for a condo that will be completed in 2018 Fall. They said it can be taken into consideration. They sent me an email requesting my job offer, explanation of my living arrangement in Washington State and purchase agreement of the BC condo. Will do best for my own interest.
